About LichenHUB Meeting 2026
LichenHUB Meeting 2026 will hold its 3rd edition on October 2 and 3 in Milan as an international monographic course on lichen sclerosus with live surgeries, focused on the clinical, surgical and regenerative management of this condition from a truly multidisciplinary perspective.
Following the success of the previous two editions — with more than 300 participants in Barcelona and more than 450 in Madrid.
The meeting takes another step forward in its international development and will bring together specialists from different fields in Milan to share scientific evidence, clinical experience, new diagnostic technologies, regenerative medicine and surgery applied to real-world practice.
This year’s programme will cover, among other topics:
- Etiopathogenesis and predisposing factors of lichen sclerosus.
- Clinical and histological diagnosis and new detection technologies.
- Conventional treatments and review of clinical guidelines.
- Pregnancy, breastfeeding and paediatric population.
- Integrative medicine, pelvic floor, sexuality and quality of life.
- Regenerative therapies such as PRP, fat, laser, radiofrequency and other technologies.
- Complex cases, stenosis and clitoral involvement.
- Live sessions on diagnosis, regenerative treatments and regenerative surgery.
In addition, the meeting will include live surgery, a multidisciplinary approach, a patient association forum and CME/ECM accreditation. Lectures will be delivered in English, with simultaneous translation available for participants.
The Milan meeting will be an opportunity to explore all these topics in greater depth, with more time, more cases, more clinical exchange and a much more complete hands-on experience.
