*Payment must be received within a maximum period of 7 days from the date of pre-registration. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the registration.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be notified in writing to the Technical Secretariat by e-mail and receipt confirmed

• Before 28 February 2025 (inclusive): € 35.00 handling fee
• After 1 March 2025: No refund. 

Refunds will be made after the end of the congress within one month.

The organisers cannot be held responsible for the possible cancellation or change of date of the event due to force majeure, beyond the organiser's control. In these cases, the amount paid will not be refunded.

ACCREDITATION

Accreditation has been requested from the Continuing Education Commission of Catalonia.

The requirements for obtaining accreditation are as follows:

• Attendance at 100% of the lectures
• Completion of the satisfaction form
• Completion of the course exam
